Parties
If you are looking for something different to celebrate your child’s birthday, a gymnastics party could be the answer! Please note: We only accomodate these events on a Sunday afternoon.
What you get
- Exclusive use of the Gym for 1-hour open play with qualified coaches supervising (parents are also encouraged to help supervise the children).
- Waiting area is also available for you to hand out birthday cake and party bags afterwards.
- Parties include 60 minutes in the gym followed by 15 minutes to hand out birthday cake and party bags etc in our separate room.
- Then 15 minutes is also allocated for any cleaning and tidying up.
Cost and guests
Gym hire = £150 for 1hr and 30mins. Includes set up, clean and qualified coache
Max 16 children, then £10 per child afterwards up to 24 children.
Optional Extras:
- Make-up Artist £70
- £15 on for Elsa and bubbles.
- Huge birthday banner hire for just £10
A waiver form must be completed prior to the birthday party being held at Sutton Village Gymnastics. Please complete and sign the waiver form below and return it to the Managing Director, Danielle Wright.
